SHIPPING POLICY
We make each piece to order in our studio. Please allow 14 days for us to make & ship your purchase. We will provide a tacking number once the package is shipped out and follow the tracking number to ensure the package arrives to you on time.
-Shipping within Israel: up to 7 business days.
The package can be delayed in the event of holidays or bad weather, If you have not received the package after 30 days please contact us and we will figure it out.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accepts returns for a refund on all items bought in our online store. If you wish to return your purchase, please send it back within 14 business days of receiving it. We will send you a full refund after We will get the item back in the same condition we sent it.
Kindly note that the return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. The responsibility for the returned goods remains yours until it has reached us. Items lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded. Therefore we strongly advise you to insure your return shipment and use a reliable courier.
